All shoes purchased from Nexus Wear are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Our 6-month warranty covers defects due to manufacturing or materials, including:

  • Sole separation or detachment under normal use
  • Stitching or seam failures not caused by misuse
  • Structural defects in the shoe's construction
  • Defective zippers, buckles, or closures (manufacturing fault)
  • Material defects such as cracking or peeling under normal conditions

❌ What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, creasing, fading)
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Water damage on non-waterproof styles
  • Damage caused by wearing the wrong size
  • Repairs or alterations made by a third party
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

📋 How to File a Warranty Claim

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Attach clear photos of the defect from multiple angles
  4. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps

For valid warranty claims, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Free Replacement — A new pair of the same or equivalent style
  • Store Credit — Full credit to use on your next Nexus Wear order
  • Full Refund — Refund to your original payment method (where applicable)

📦 Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims within the United States, Nexus Wear will cover all return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label once your claim is approved.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
